About Me:
Like many in my position, my passion for cooking was instilled at an early age by my mother and grandmother. In 2002, I decided to follow my passion and enrolled in Scottsdale Culinary Institutes Le Cordon Bleu program. It was clear from the first day that this was my correct path. I returned to Colorado after graduation to work at The Flagstaff House in Boulder. I continued my career at The Capital Grille in Denver where I worked through the stations and after a year, became a corporate trainer opening both the Baltimore and Scottsdale locations. While Opening Scottsdale, I fell in love with the area and transferred to Capital Grille Scottsdale. I spent close to fifteen years at Capital Grille, seven of those as the Executive Chef Partner.
I cook because its my passion. I absolutely love what I do and pour my heart into every culinary experience I provide. Creating great meals is my purpose and meeting great people along the way is the bonus.
